GlucanGold is a natural solution based on bioactive beta glucans, with a quick and effective regulative action on animals’ immune system. GlucanGold is a source of highly purified and concentrated beta glucans, derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast, with immunomodulatory properties.
These purified beta 1,3/1,6 glucans have lateral chains which stimulates phagocytic cells (macrophages, neutrophils and dendritic cells) upon contact with specific membrane receptors (dectin-1 preferential), boosting phagocyte pathogen neutralizing activities. Besides, immune mediators (cytokines) are synthesized modulating both innate and adaptative immune responses. GlucanGold can be used around vaccination and in case of high sanitary pressure context.
