L&rsquo;analyse par diffraction laser de la taille des particules a d&rsquo;abord \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant une m\u00e9thode appropri\u00e9e pour la d\u00e9termination de la taille des particules, et les param\u00e8tres adapt\u00e9s de pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis (choix du dispersant, vitesse d&rsquo;agitation). Ensuite, des \u00e9chantillons de farine de bl\u00e9, de ma\u00efs, d&rsquo;aliment complet et de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s en cons\u00e9quence et test\u00e9s pour la taille des particules par diffraction laser. Trente portions test issues de dix sous-\u00e9chantillons de chaque matrice ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 extraites et les mycotoxines suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 quantifi\u00e9es par LC-MS : le d\u00e9oxynival\u00e9nol (DON) dans les portions test de ma\u00efs entier, aliment complet et farine de bl\u00e9\u00a0; les fumonisines (FUM) et la z\u00e9aral\u00e9none (ZEA) dans les portions test d&rsquo;aliment complet et l&rsquo;aflatoxine B1 (AFB1) dans les portions test de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te. L&rsquo;analyse ANOVA des r\u00e9sultats a montr\u00e9 que la variance au sein d&rsquo;un \u00e9chantillon et entre les \u00e9chantillons n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas significativement diff\u00e9rente, ce qui signifie que <\/span><b>AFB1, DON, FUM et ZEA \u00e9taient distribu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne dans les \u00e9chantillons broy\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rentes matrices test\u00e9es.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Il a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu que <\/span><b>les matrices avec 90% des particules (Dv90) inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 850 \u03bcm pouvaient \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme homog\u00e8nes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en ce qui concerne la teneur en aflatoxines, d\u00e9oxynival\u00e9nol, z\u00e9aral\u00e9none et fumonisines.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9f\u00e9rence : Zhang, K.; Tran, I.; Tan, S.
